Will I be able to get into a good grad school for anthropology with a B.A. in anthropology from Humboldt?
Assuming I would be involved in a lot extra curricular activities and have a good GPA. The grad schools I am interested in are UCLA, UCSC, Berkley, and Santa Clara.

GPA is very important, extracurricular much, much less so for graduate school. What is important though is strong letters of recommendation from your professors. The best letters are from a professor who knows you well. Beyond that, if the professor is of high standing in his/her field that is helpful. Also, a letter of recommendation to a graduate program from a professor who graduated from that program carries extra weight.
Good luck.
