Are there any cities in Central California that have redwoods and get snow in the winter?

Maybe areas east of Crescent City, where the trees exist and the elevation is high enough to allow for some snow, but that’s more northern California.

No. Some small towns in the southern Sierra near Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks have giant sequoias and snowy winters. Most coast redwoods are found further north, and the central coast ranges see very little snow.
Which redwood? There are two: Sequoiadendron and Sequoia sempervirens. If you mean the Sequoiadendron variety, the giant redwood, they range in the Sierra Nevada mountain and are in the snow belt. The Sequoia sempervirens or the coast redwood occurs only in the fog belt of the central and northern California coast. It is rare for them to receive any snow.
