Does the houseman job at Hampton Inn get cut lots of hours in the winter?
Such as the Hilton Garden Inn, i know they go through a slow time, but the job is different. I am awaiting a phone call from them and I need a steady paycheck. Please reply soon. thanks.
My bros work at the Hilton and in the winter, sometimes there won’t be work for a week. And I am concerned that the Hampton does the same.

business is booming where i live, i don’t think they’re laying anybody off here in GA.
Its a good job if your looking for quick money and a consistent work schedule. I have personally worked for the front desk of Hampton Inns and Hilton Garden Inns and the houseman is a very important part of the 2nd shift team, most hotels only have one houseman on duty at night.
As far as slow times, every hotel is different and depends on where the hotel is located, I know in Orlando hotels we are busy year-round so there is never a "slow time" long enough to dramatically affect your work schedule, especially for vital jobs like Houseman that a hotel needs regardless of whether the hotel is busy or not, there are always guests that need assistance and duties that need to be completed.
