Okay, well the day after Christmas, I am driving down to Anaheim to go to Disneyland. I am not sure if I am going to Disneyland for 1 or 2 days, but I’ll be in Southern California for about 5 days. Besides Disneyland, what are some good restaurants or places I can do at night. I’ve been to Anaheim like 6 times already, but maybe I’m missing some places. Here are some places I’m expecting to go.

-The Block of Orange
-UCLA (hopefully my future college)
-La Brea Tar Pits
-Disneyland

At disneyland, I need to overcome my fear. It will be my first time going to the California Adventures park and I really want to go on the Tower of Terror ride (the big elevator building). I am scared to ride it. I love rollercoasters, but I just can’t see myself on the dropping rides. Since I live in northern california, I’ve been to Great America many times, rode every ride except for Drop Zone. I’m too scared. Tell me what it’s like to ride the Tower of Terror.

am trying to save money (don’t want to use credit cards) to take my husband out for his 30th bday for the week. We live in San Diego, CA and I DO NOT want to stay in southern California for his birthday since its a big one. I would prefer to stay in California but I am open to anything. I live near Los Angeles and don’t want to travel that far. Are there any good vacation spots near Southern California, Nevada, or Arizona? I want to go sometime in August, so no places that need a reservation far in advance, like camping. I want to stay in a hotel and have it be family-friendly.
