What’s some places that would interests a buch of 18 and 17 year olds.
I’ve already decided
Monteray Bay/Pebble Beach, Redwood forest, Vegas, LA.
We’ll be starting from San Francisco.
im trying to find a vacation spot in California that is no more than 3.5 hours from San Francisco and has a lake (thats clean enough to swim in).
We’ve already been to Tahoe and Pine Mountain Lake (PML would be a last resort). thanks 
Me and my mother would like to visit California in August. However we don’t know what tour packages to get or which ones are the best. Our visit will span from August 1st to two or one weeks. We would like to have our package to include San Francisco and Los Angeles and all in between. Which travel agencies or tour agencies would do the job? We would really appreciate any feedback! My family is looking for a vacation this year in either California or Oregon. We currently live very close to San Francisco so that’s not really an option. Any suggestions?

I live in Toronto and I’m planning to go on a vacation in the Spring (end of April, beginning of May) for a couple of weeks and I was wondering if I should go to BosWash or California? I’ve sort of been to both, but here I’ll let you guys know:
BosWash – The only place I’ve been between Boston and Washington is New York City. I’ve seen most of NYC and been to all its boroughs in a week. I heard getting around the cities in the Northeast US is cheap. I want to visit Boston, NYC for a bit again, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington and maybe Virginia Beach. The only problem is that Baltimore, Washington and Philly seem like dangerous cities to visit.
California – I went to California last year for a week (Los Angeles for 3 days, San Francisco for 4 days). I didn’t get to see everything, so I want to visit again. If I go, I’m planning to see SF again, Sacremento, maybe the central coast/wine valley, Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. The only thing is, I can’t drive in the U.S. right now and it would make my trip in L.A. a lot more fun if I could.
So what do you guys think? Should I go to BosWash or California this spring?
I am flying into San Francisco on a Friday and flying out the following Saturday. I would like to see some of San Fran and some of the Redwoods and also Napa Valley. I don’t know where to start. Which particular places should I visit and how much time should I allow? Thanks so much!
Need suggestions for a good location in California to spend Christmas, maybe somewhere with a good reputation for fun holiday festivities. LA, San Diego, San Francisco and Sacramento are out. What would be a fun destination or vacation plans for a family of 3 to check out for a few days? Trains, B&B’s and other ideas are welcome!
