There were many companies that could have created who knows how may jobs from the foresting of the area but we are no longer allowed to forrest in the national parks. Should we allow job creators to once again create jobs in the area and forrest the land as it should be?

Basically we want to turn our garage into a one car garage with new cement plus a small attic on top and a one room, small kitchen and bathroom? The garage we have now is pretty much useless it is sliding to one side. Me and my mother would like to visit California in August. However we don’t know what tour packages to get or which ones are the best. Our visit will span from August 1st to two or one weeks. Hello, my name is Tim, I’m 16, and I live in northern California. Summer vacation has just started for me. I have problems with my mental state though I can be happy, and I’m usually nice to others but I can be really bipolar and have a bad temper at times, but I don’t do anything bad really.
I’m wondering, do you think a teenager who may have some problems like out of touch of reality and whatnot would be happier with a job? I’m sure most of you know that CA’s economy sucks and is hard to find a job, but I’ll try to find one, and my dad may help me find one in a chemical plant he works at.
I wouldn’t have too much of a problem with socializing with others in job though I can be a little slow and may stutter, but that’s it. I think having a job may build my confidence and may make more of a purpose for me rather than a weird kid who just sits on his computer. People say I’m talented and funny but I don’t know if that’ll help with the job.
I would like to request that I get paid sick days and vacation days in my next review. I have been at my job for almost 2 years (will be 2 yrs in July).
My husband has been working at the same job for 18 months. He has NEVER used a single day of vacation time, and in 18 months has been sick once. He did not get paid for the sick day, as we assumed, and that was that. However, he took a day off last week and informed the pay roll woman to credit it towards his vacation time since he knew he had a ton accrued since he’d never used any.
Today, his boss called him to tell him that he has no time accrued and what he did is going to jeopardize his job.
This is a very small mom and pop place that does not put record of accrued vaca time on the pay checks, and does not provide an organized way for us to see how much he has accrued. They did, however, tell him when he was hired, that after his probationary period (2 months) he would start accruing the vaca and could start putting it to use after 1 year.
Can anyone refer me to legal sites that can either confirm or deny the truth to what she is telling him? I do not feel this is correct, however the sites I am finding are not answering my questions…
