Hilton Garden Inn Waffles!?
Okay, so I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Richmond, VA & They had the most amazing waffles ever. I guess they have the same thing at all of them, but to describe it, there was a machine with batter already mixed up.
Just curious if anyone knows the brand or anything haha

Chris Jacobson (CJ) from season 3 of Top Chef is supposed to have developed the recipe (they are called CJ’s signature waffles) just for them.
I’ve tried tracking down the recipe, but to no avail. Sorry.
